A true English style pale, this is one of Danny’s original recipes. English ale yeast and hops from East Kent create a smooth, traditional pint of ale.

Danny's Oatmeal Stout
Oatmeal, wheat and flaked barley give this beer a luscious mouthfeel and fluffy cream-colored head. Danny balances hops and malt to create a full-bodied, deep brown stout with a roasty aroma and dry finish.

No. 96 IPA
Citrus and pine hop flavors are smoothed by a malty backbone in this balanced, west coast style IPA. Columbus hops provide bitterness with El Dorado, Mosaic and Citra hops delivering citrus and pine aroma and flavor.

Kerplunk! Blueberry Sour
We kettle-soured this light ale to give a mild tartness that accentuates the wild Maine blueberry sweetness.

Rope Swing IPA
Named after the iconic lake adventure, Rope Swing is our lighter bodied spring and summer IPA hopped with Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade. It features bright citrus and tropical fruit aroma and flavor, and a soft mouthfeel with a touch of bitter on the finish.

Headwaters Kölsch
Light in color and body, Headwaters is a delicate top-fermented lagered beer. A simple yet high quality malt bill and yeast showcase a soft mouthfeel with a slightly sweet honey-like finish.

Asylum IPA
True to style, this DIPA is extra everything while remaining balanced. Malt variety lends complexity and sweetness while loads of Citra hops provide a distinctly grapefruit aroma and flavor.

Pinnacle Double IPA
Designed to embody all the things we love about the traditional style: full, sweet maltiness accented by fruit, pine and citrus. Danny’s favorite hops (Centennial and Simcoe) give bitterness and flavor, with healthy doses of Amarillo, El Dorado and Citra for aroma.

Davistown Brown Ale
Notes of chocolate and caramel are complemented by malty sweetness in this complex medium-bodied brown. This brown is a recreation of Dirigo Ale, the first beer brewed at the original Lake St. George Brewing.

One of These Things is Not Like the Others Hard Seltzer
Using just sugar, water and yeast, our house hard seltzer is enjoyable plain or flavored with one of our rotating fruit syrups. It is gluten free, low calorie and low in carbohydrates.

Light in color and body, this is a traditional lager. Gently hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfruher and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Russian Imperial Stout
Danny’s winter project beer, and our newest in the Fledgling Series: Russian Imperial Stout. This stout is a brew with a complex grain bill that provides dark fruit flavors, a creamy creamy mouthfeel and plenty of roast. It's rich and boozey at 10% ABV, perfect for sipping and enjoying the craft.
