Tap Room Associate Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities

Create a welcoming atmosphere for LSG guests: politely greet each customer upon arrival, converse easily about the beer, the business and local area.

Operate a tap system to pour samples and growlers.

Operate a POS system.

Stock and restock inventory of retail merchandise, snacks and packaged beer.

Ensure that the tasting room and outdoor seating spaces are clean and neat.

Ensure that glassware is cleaned in a timely manner according to specifications.

Use opening and closing checklists to ensure all activities are completed according to standards.
Requirements, Qualifications and Essential Skills

Must have an interest in and knowledge of the beer industry.

Retail sales experience, server experience and/or beer experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Positive attitude.

Reliable and able to commit to a regular schedule including evenings and weekends.

Must be at least 21 years old.
-
Must be able to safely lift 60 pounds and stand for the duration of a shift.
