About the Event
Gather at Lake St. George is a series of beer dinners developed by Chef Tim Lewis of Crave ME. Each dinner will feature four 7 ounce Lake St. George Brewing Co. beers and a four course menu designed to showcase seasonal ingredients, culinary agility and craft beer. This April Gather dinner will be held in the tap room with beverage service at 5:30 pm and the first course at 6:00 pm.

First Course
Tennessee fried chicken slider with margarita slaw, house made pickles, hot honey with sumac on toasted brioche

Second Course
Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Lemon Caper Sauce
Paired with Common Wit
Third Course
Grilled Eggplant Rolls stuffed with a herb cauliflower couscous, pine nuts and roasted garlic cloves topped with a tahini sauce and fresh parsley
Paired with Diver English Pale Ale
Fourth Course
cannelés de bordeaux (portable creme brulee) with Maine sea salt caramel sauce
Paired with Davistown Brown Ale
