About the Event
Join Sara, a registered yoga teacher and trained SUP yoga instructor, on the lake for a SUP yoga class for any and all levels of experience, followed by a brew at Lake St. George Brewing Co! We will enjoy the natural beauty of our surroundings and play with balance and basic yoga poses on paddle boards. Yoga or paddle board experience not required, but a general comfort on and in the water recommended! Bring an open mind, sense of adventure, your SUP (or rent one), a towel, and wear yoga appropriate clothes that can get wet.
