Sep. Gather Dinner - A Journey to Greece!

Gather at Lake St. George is a series of beer dinners developed by Chef Tim Lewis of Crave ME. Each dinner will feature four 7 ounce Lake St. George Brewing Co. beers and a four course menu designed to showcase seasonal ingredients, culinary agility and craft beer.

MENU:

• GREEK VEGETABLE SALAD: Pandan leaf hummus with naan bread & Greek vegetable salad traditional hummus made with tahini and ground pandan leaf served with naan bread and a vibrant Greek vegetable salad.
• CHICKEN TZATZIKI: Roasted marinated chicken served with a refreshing Greek tzatziki sauce made from yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill. Served on a bed of aromatic jasmine rice.
• BEEF SOUVLAKI: Tender beef skewers marinated with herbs, olive oil, garlic and lemon topped with fresh tomato, red onion, cucumber and chopped parsley served with lemon garlic potatoes.
• GREEK BAKLAVA: Spiced walnuts and pistachios layered between delicate crisp phyllo pastry sheets soaked with fragrant honey syrup.
