First Course: Mini Chicken Chimichanga with lime crema
Second Course: Chili Relleno with toasted almond cream
Third Course: Tender steak Empanada with cilantro sour cream
Fourth Course: Fresh Maine Lobster Taco with lettuce chiffonade, lemon ailoi, pickled red onion and radish
Fifth Course:Crispy fried Churos with sea salted caramel sauce

Gather at Lake St. George is a series of beer dinners developed by Chef Tim Lewis of Crave ME. Each dinner will feature four 7 ounce Lake St. George Brewing Co. beers and a four course menu designed to showcase seasonal ingredients, culinary agility and craft beer.

*July Dinner* Gather at Lake St. George is a series of beer dinners developed by Chef Tim Lewis of Crave ME. Each dinner will feature four 7 ounce Lake St. George Brewing Co. beers and a four course menu designed to showcase seasonal ingredients, culinary agility and craft beer. This Gather Dinner will be held in the tap room with beverage service at 5:30 pm and the first course at 6:00 pm.
