ABOUT THE EVENT
It's a forgotten style that originated in Northern Germany in the 1700s. Interpreted and brewed alongside Mark Mancini of Aegir's Den Meadery in Palermo, our Kottbusser features local honey and Maine malts. Learn about the use of honey in brewing and mead-making. In addition to a pint of Kottbusser, tastes of Aegir's Den mead will be provided.
