Beer Club - July

While his true love is still a traditional, bitter all the way through, high ABV IPA, new to the market yeasts and hops are a lot of fun to play with. Featuring Cosmic Punch, a yeast that claims to impart "vibrant grapefruit, passion fruit and guava notes," this IPA will lean into the softer, less bitter and tropical fruit qualities of a New England or Juicy IPA. To punch up the flavor, Dan is giving potent Cryopop hops a try. In this session, learn about the way yeast and hops play together and the brewing processes that impact flavor. In addition to a pint of our Juicy IPA, taste some of Dan's favorite IPAs from his favorite breweries.
